Pharmix WMS for pharmacy chains and stores

One central store. Every pharmacy connected. This product connects procurement, central receiving, branch distribution and stock use across pharmacy chains. Offered in collaboration with Warehouse Zone, it gives regional teams a view of assigned stores while branches follow the movement of packs, units, batches and shelf stock. ColdSense360 temperature monitoring options extend visibility to pharmacy fridges, storage areas and deliveries between sites.

What the workflow covers

Operational detail, connected to the bigger picture

Central procurement

Manage approved suppliers, dated prices and purchase orders from a central stock operation. Keep purchasing decisions connected to what the central store and branches hold.

  • Approved supplier records
  • Dated supplier prices
  • Central purchase orders

Regional oversight across assigned stores

Give regional teams a shared view of their assigned pharmacy stores. Dashboards, roles and approvals support oversight without losing the branch context behind the stock record.

  • Assigned-store visibility
  • Regional dashboards
  • Roles and approval workflows

Scan packs, units and shelf movements

Follow the stock movement at the level your team needs: packs and units, batches and shelf locations. Branch receiving and central distribution retain the references needed to understand where stock went.

  • Pack and unit handling
  • Batch and shelf-location records
  • Scanned stock movements

Medicine safety and accountability

Keep dm+d product identity alongside MHRA recall controls and controlled-drug registers. The records support your pharmacy procedures and investigations; your organisation retains responsibility for site validation and regulatory decisions.

  • Controlled-drug registers

Plan branch replenishment

Connect delivery calendars, backorders and stock visibility when supplying stores from the central operation. ColdSense360 can support readings from storage and shipments where the monitoring equipment and integration have been commissioned.

  • Branch delivery calendars
  • Backorders and stock visibility
  • Storage and in-transit temperature options

Close the stock and finance loop

Record returns, waste and patient-use stock alongside the wider chain workflow. Invoice export options include Sage 200, Sage 50 and Microsoft Business Central, with mapping and setup agreed for your installation.

Read customer experiences
Is this the same product as the pharmaceutical wholesale WMS?

No. This product focuses on a central store and connected pharmacy branches: procurement, regional oversight, branch replenishment and stock use. The wholesale product has its own page covering QA release, FEFO picking, repacking and customer distribution.

Can it cover pharmacy fridge and delivery temperatures?

ColdSense360 offers Wi-Fi temperature and humidity monitoring options for stores and warehouses, and 4G shipment monitoring with location tracking options. Live feeds and alerts need provider/API setup, connectivity, calibration and commissioning.

Do the accounts exports mean a ready-made connection to every version?

The leaflet lists invoice export options for Sage 200, Sage 50 and Microsoft Business Central. Your software version, export mapping and setup must be confirmed during implementation.
