Warehouse integrations with a defined handover

Connect warehouse activity to the systems your business already relies on. Start by agreeing which records move, which system owns them and how failures will be resolved. Warehouse Zone supports Sage-format handovers and tailored integration work; pharmacy-chain invoice export options also include Sage 200, Sage 50 and Microsoft Business Central, subject to product, version and mapping checks.

How it works

Agree the data flow before the connector

A practical sequence to explore with your warehouse, office and dispatch teams.

  1. 01

    Define

Name systems, versions and record owners.

  2. 02

    Map

Agree fields and the direction of each flow.

  3. 03

    Test

Use representative records and exception cases.

  4. 04

    Reconcile

Confirm accepted documents, totals and retries.

What the workflow covers

Operational detail, connected to the bigger picture

Invoices and credit notes towards accounts

Connect operational documents with a defined accounts handover. Check account codes, tax, references, totals and the destination import before live use. The presence of an export option is not a promise of real-time two-way stock, payment or ledger synchronisation.

  • Operational invoice and credit workflows
  • Sage-format exports with agreed mapping
  • Pharmacy-chain export options reviewed per installation

Portals, APIs and tailored business connections

Customer and supplier portals keep operational records close to the people using them. Further APIs or ecommerce connections are scoped around the named platform and records; a universal ready-made connector is not assumed.

  • Customer ordering and account permissions
  • Supplier delivery and warehouse coordination
  • Explicit scope for API or platform-specific development

Recovery is part of the design

An integration should explain what happens when a record is rejected, a connection fails or an export is repeated. Agree validation, permissions, retry ownership and reconciliation so that a technical success message does not hide a duplicate or missing business document.

  • Validation and rejected-record handling
  • Duplicate prevention and deliberate retries
  • Acceptance checks with your accounts and operations teams
Questions before a demo

Understand the fit

Discuss your specific requirements with the people who build and support Warehouse Zone.

Read customer experiences
Does this mean a ready-made connector for every accounting package?

No. Confirm the product, version, data fields, direction and required modules with us. Sage-format handovers and the pharmacy-chain invoice export options are not a promise of every version or of complete accounting synchronisation.

Can we review a practical integration checklist?

The warehouse accounting integrations guide covers ownership, field mapping, test transactions, rejected records and reconciliation. Bring your existing import layout or API requirements to the demo.
